Scarnatti™ Return and Refund Policy

At Scarnatti™, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer both a statutory right of withdrawal and an extended trial period. Please review the details below.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via e-mail or letter).

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund of all payments made, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used mattresses may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right, in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive provisions.

2. Extended Return Policy – 101 Nights Trial

  • Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, Scarnatti™ offers a 101-night trial on all mattresses.

  • If you are not satisfied within this trial period, you may request a return free of charge.

  • We will provide you with a vacuum bag and clear instructions for the return process.

  • Returned mattresses are not resold; they are responsibly recycled or donated.

  • Die 101-Nächte-Testphase ist ein spezielles Zufriedenheitsprogramm für Kundinnen und Kunden, die Scarnatti zum ersten Mal erleben. Dieses Recht kann nur einmal pro Person, Haushalt oder Lieferadresse gewährt werden.

    Bei neuen Bestellungen, nachdem bereits eine vorherige Bestellung innerhalb der Testphase zurückgegeben wurde, gilt die 101-Nächte-Testphase innerhalb derselben Produktkategorie möglicherweise nicht erneut, selbst wenn das gekaufte Modell oder die Größe unterschiedlich ist. Diese Regelung dient dazu, die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit des Programms sicherzustellen und faire Bedingungen für alle Kundinnen und Kunden zu gewährleisten.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exclusions

  • Mattresses that have been damaged through improper use, liquid damage, mold, or unsanitary conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items purchased outside of our official sales channels (e.g., resellers or third parties) are not covered by this policy.

  • Date of purchase
